  • Important folklore feast and highlight of winemakers year, Velké Pavlovice Grape Harvest offers its visitors two days filled with music, popular culture singing and dancing as well as numerous encounters with wine and burčák, partly fermented grape juice. Traditionally, this wine festivity includes an old-time winemakers’ rite called “mountain locking” (zaražení hory). Moreover, this year the event will also comprise agricultural exhibition called “Gifts from South Moravia” (Dary jižní Moravy) featuring fruit, vegetables and grapes.
